This is a real estate market that I suppose can bring out the best of us and the worse in all of us. Not only is the market beyond our control with waining demand it is how do we deal with all that is going on and still represent our clients in the best possible way. We have sellers that will not listen to us no matter how many facts and statistics we honestly lay out in front of them.
